We will comprehensively evaluate our patients’ periodontal health, treat early disease, refer advanced cases, and help maintain our patients’ oral health over their lifetime. Our conscience and desire for optimal health drives our treatment plans; not restrictions imposed by insurance companies.
Meet our Staff
LeAnn – Hygienist:
LeAnn grew up in Prescott and has been back in the valley now for 17 years. LeAnn is a graduate from Phoenix College with a degree in Dental Hygiene and Anesthesia certification in 1998. She has been a member of our team since June of 1998 and her patients would agree that we are very blessed to have her here. LeAnn married her sweetheart in 1997 and has two handsome little boys. Between work and chasing after her boys, LeAnn still manages to find time to stay involved in her church and community. LeAnn even participates in the Annual Susan G. Komen 3-day 'Walk for the Cure' for Breast Cancer research. And although it is said that diamonds are a girl’s best friend; LeAnn may argue that like any good friend, Chocolate is there when you need it.
Nicole – Hygienist:
As an Arizona native, Nicole graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Mesa Community College with Anesthesia certification in 2007. She grew up with Dr. Falk as her own Dentist from the time she was a little girl, and worked with him as a Clinical Assistant before moving on to Dental Hygiene School. We are very happy to have her back in our office now as one of our dedicated Hygienists! Apart from Nicole’s excellence in dental hygiene, she has made her state proud as Miss Arizona 2007 competing in the 2008 Miss America Pageant. In 2007, Nicole traveled to Guatemala to provide dental services to under-privileged citizens. It is evident Nicole loves helping others and it shows in her work, as well as when she is teaching her dance students here in the Valley.
Mikki – Hygienist:
Mikki is anArizona Native who graduated from Phoenix College with a degree in Dental Hygiene along with Anesthesia Certification in 1991. Soon after graduating, Mikki came to work for Dr. Falk and has been with him ever since. It must be that Dr. Falk and Mikki liked working together so much that seeing each other at the office just wasn’t enough, so they got married in 1997! Six years later they welcomed daughter Madison. Mikki takes pride in her commitment to continuing education so as to better serve her patients and make sure they have access to the latest advances in dentistry. When Mikki isn’t at the office, she enjoys hiking, Yoga, and of course spending time with her little one!
Jenny – Office Manager:
Jenny grew up in North Dakota and has been here in Phoenix since 1986. Having been in dental her whole career, Jenny brings with her a wealth of knowledge regarding dental insurance and treatment planning which has greatly enhanced the lives of our staff and patients. Jenny is always ready to help and her positive attitude is contagious. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys hiking, hanging out with her monthly Bunco group, and playing with her new puppy Roxi.
Lori- Clinical Assistant:
Lori has been a Clinical Assistant since 1979 after graduating from Maricopa Technical College. She has an excellent understanding of insurance as she has worked for a major dental insurance company for 4+ years. Lori has been here with Dr. Falk since 2001.Working as a Clinical Assistant isn’t just a job for Lori; she enjoys the time spent with each of our patients and considers them more friends than clients. When she’s not busy here in the office, Lori can be found relaxing with her family at their cabin in Mormon Lake.
Heather – Clinical Assistant:
Heather came to the valley in 2002 from New York and loves the Arizona winters. She has been with our office since 2005 and brings with her a broad spectrum of experience in dental specialties including oral surgery, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. She studied language and culture in Paris before beginning her dental career and when she’s not at work, she enjoys movies, art, and spending time with family and friends.
